This is a self-portrait I did back in Sept 2019 and my first ‘daily painting’. I was inspired by reading the book ‘Daily Painting’ by Carol Marine. The idea is to paint small and often. It has so many brilliant tips on methods and materials and really changed my painting for the better – a must read- get it on your Christmas list!
