SPRING FEVER

‘SPRING FEVER’ 8” x 8” Oil on Board

This painting started out as 16” x 16”….after a frustrating day I didn’t like the result! but there was one quarter of it that was working…so I photographed it within an 8” x 8” mount (see below) and offered 4 options to my instagram followers to help me choose the crop. Top right won. So the painting got the chop (see below) and now I really like it! MORAL OF THE STORY: ‘If at first you don’t succeed….chop the best bit out! ;)’
