I dug these 2 blue bottles up from a bottle dump when I was a teenager and cleaned them up (I’m a sucker for coloured glass!). Its been years since I looked closely at them so to find ‘Hagon’s Prize Medal Fluid Herbs’ written on the bottle made me super curious - I looked it up and found the advertisement in an old newspaper - it makes quite a read!! (see below) Turns out my bottle is about 140 years old!
